Amalgama participated in the 5th All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference «Simulation. Theory and Practice» IMMOD – 2011, that was held on October 19-21, 2011 in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The conference was organized by JSC «Center for Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Technology», the Institution of the Russian Academy of Sciences, St. Petersburg Institute of Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Russian National Simulation Society.
The main objectives of the conference included development and generalization of the theory, methodology and technology of simulation, exchange of experiences, discussion of research results and practical applications of simulation in industry, logistics and other fields of economics, acquaintance with the newest automation and visualization tools, extension of simulation training experience:
